Crewmember Visas
If you will be working on board a commercial sea vessel or international airline in the U.S. and intend to depart the U.S. within 29 days, we can help you apply for a crewmember (D) visa. A crewmember visa allows you to work aboard that commercial sea vessel or international airline in the U.S.

If you need to travel to the U.S. to meet and board the vessel you will work on, you need a transit (C-1) visa in addition to a crewmember (D) visa.

Our Process
ELIGIBILTY
Ensure that you are eligible for a U.S. visa. A person may be ineligible for a U.S. visa due to health conditions that pose a risk to public safety, drug abuse, engaging or having engaged in unlawful/criminal activities, intent to engage in unlawful/criminal activities in the U.S., and prior negative U.S. immigration history. If none of the above apply to you, proceed to the next step!
